Management change in the new year
On 1 January, we started the year with a new team at the helm of Hauff-Technik GRIDCOM.
After four successful years as managing director, Thomas Kölle will now focus entirely on Hauff-Technik's international business. In his new role as Head of International Business and continuing as managing director of individual international subsidiaries, he will continue to drive forward the global development of Hauff-Technik.
Simon Lorenzin (Sales & Marketing) and Falco Lehmann (Production, Technology & Development) will jointly take over the management of Hauff-Technik GRIDCOM. As a strong tandem, they bring together over 60 years of experience in the fibre optic industry – an excellent basis for the future of the company.

There has also been an important change in sales: on 1 January, Stefan Zwetschke succeeded Simon Lorenzin as Sales Manager. With 24 years in the group and 13 years as a lecturer at the ACADEMY Passive Network Technology, he is a true solution maker with in-depth industry knowledge. Stefan is looking forward to his new role and to continuing to actively shape the expansion of passive fibre optics.
