Sebastian has accompanied the development of the company for years.
"When I started here as a design engineer after my mechanical engineering studies, the team was so small
that production still took place in a garage."
Sebastian was able to learn a lot for himself and after two years he took the opportunity to move up to product management.

As the company grew and moved to a larger building, more structure was created in the individual departments. This allowed Sebastian to fully focus on his task as product manager.
"We have developed a lot in the production chain over the last few years." As product manager at Hauff-Technik GRIDCOM, Sebastian is a link between design, production and sales.
"That's what makes the work so interesting, I have a lot of contact with my colleagues and I always get to be involved in the different topics."
Since the company maintains a very good collegial and familiar working relationship, Sebastian also enjoys taking on greater responsibility in his new field of work as head of the technology/development department.
