»I can let my ideas roam free«
Together with her colleague from the sales department, Kristin is standing in front of a table that is fully loaded with product images and texts. They are discussing the optimal presentation of the products for the new brochure.

"I can let my ideas roam free and implement projects together with my colleagues."

Kristin has been working as a student trainee at Hauff-Technik GRIDCOM since 2020. She supports in the area of marketing.

I was immediately accepted here as an equal colleague
and was able to really contribute right from the start.

Kristin applied to the parent company Hauff-Technik. But she really likes working in the familiar atmosphere at the smaller subsidiary in Rosenberg.

"I coordinate many projects between the marketing department at Hauff-Technik and the management here in Rosenberg."

In the meantime, she has gained a good insight into the fibre optic world. " At first glance, the company premises in small Rosenberg seem rather inconspicuous, but there really is a concentrated load of know-how in the field of passive fibre optic technology hidden behind it."

I can imagine myself staying at Hauff-Technik GRIDCOM after my studies

Kristin is now already in her Master's programme and was also able to draw on support from the company during her Bachelor's thesis on "Marketing in times of pandemic".

"The cooperation is totally pleasant, you can exchange ideas well and have short distances within the company." She also finds it exceptional that her colleagues are always there to help, even if it doesn't fall directly into their area of responsibility.

"I can imagine myself staying at Hauff-Technik GRIDCOM after my studies and facing new challenges together with the company in the future.”
