Fibre optic microcables are designed for installation in microduct systems. With their small outer diameter and lightweight cable construction, they enable space-saving installation and can be efficiently blown in over long distances using compressed air.

- Impact test IEC 60794-1-2-E4: 1 J, bending radius = 300 mm, 3 repetitions, reversible change in damping, no damage.
- Repeated bending stress IEC 60794-1-2-E6: bending radius = 20 × D, 25 N, 25 cycles, reversible attenuation change, no damage.
- Temperature change test IEC 60794-1-2-F1: –20 °C to +60 °C, 8 h per cycle, △α ≤ 0.10 dB/km, no damage.
